We are looking forward to our next Community of Practice event.

Agenda:

11am: welcome and agenda outline. AOB. Overview of last meeting.

11.15am: Terms of reference for future meetings.

11.20am: proposal for the coming year:

• June (inviting key other interested parties, invite agenda items; broad overview of paper will be ready for sharing and requesting members for overall feedback)
• September (face to face event for sharing innovative practice and research in crisis teams in the south east. Sharing of the final version of the paper)
• PPN to host on line bi-monthly ccop's for the following year (review in April 2025)

11.45am: Each trust to share overview of teams, workforce and the broad model of delivery of psychological therapy in their teams.

12:15: Consolidate actions around each trust inviting key others to the next meeting.

12:30: Close.
