University College London (UCL) - Launch of UCL Unit for Stigma Research (UCLUS) Event

The University College London (UCL) invite you to the launch of their UCL Unit for Stigma Research (UCLUS) event on Friday 16 February 2018 at UCL. The event will have two themes:

  • Evidence Based Ways of Tackling Intellectual Disability Stigma (am session)
  • Lived Experience and Stigma among Mental Health Professionals – Time for Greater Openness? (pm session)

The University are delighted that Pat Corrigan, Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology and a world leading figure in the world of stigma research and action, has generously agreed to fly in to deliver a keynote.
