The Wellbeing Survey seeks to measure psychological services’ staff wellbeing in 2017-18. Following three years of the joint BPS and New Savoy Conference Workforce Wellbeing Survey, the survey has been reconstructed on the basis of qualitative and quantitative psychometric work. This has been conducted by researchers based at Cardiff University.
The survey asks questions in three areas (1) demographic and background information (2) your workplace wellbeing (3) your general wellbeing. It should take 10-15 minutes to complete and is anonymous unless you wish otherwise.
Results from this survey may be published as original research. However, no individuals will be personally identifiable.
Should any participants experience distress as a result of completing the questionnaire then the project team would be happy to advise on sources of support as required.
