Salary: £40,428 to 48,514 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced Clinical psychologist/counselling psychologist/therapist with experience of partnership working across a range of providers, to join a specialist service delivering psychological therapies to veterans of the British Armed Forces.

MVS is a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners led by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist which is commissioned to assess and treat:

• Veterans of the British Armed Forces (including current reservists when not mobilised),
• Whose mental health condition is related to their military service, e.g. linked to experiences whilst serving and/or difficulties with transition to civilian life; and
• Who are suitable for psychological therapy but unable or unwilling to access local mainstream services; and not currently being treated by secondary care mental health services
